Hello,

We configured intune with our instance of Service Now and SAM fundamentals. Is it possible to filter or block certain programs coming from intune data? We have many things we don't want to see in our Service now instance.

There isn't a specific configuration to exclude that I'm currently aware of. A more effective approach would be to incorporate your script as shown in the screenshot below. The example script will provide a clear demonstration of how to implement an exclusion.
