Hi Team,

Is there any way to check the publisher pack payload and the publisher pack payload is configured using the integration profile. Please guide me on to acheive this .? Because the user allocations data, software installations data and software discovered models data are not showing the similar count . As a result, the publisher is non-compliant .  Please guide me on how to acheive this.

Thanks,

By payload i guess your expectation is what fields are coming through

So i believe they are Agreement type and  License metric. For more details you can check below

For integration profile or other details  you should have a look at below

I think these two links will be good reference point. I hope this information helps.

Just a sample video for reference about SAM-Adobe

Hi @snow57,

From my point of view, different topics are mixed here.

Adobe Integration (Direct Integration Adobe Portal): This interface only transfers information about products, subscriptions and last login from the portal. There is no information about installations or entitlements.

The other information (software installations, discovery models) is imported from existing inventory sources (SCCM, ServiceNow Discovery) and should not be understood as an “adobe publisher pack payload”. Software entitlements are often manually or bulk imported into the system.

The Publisher Overview in the workspace for the Adobe product provides detailed information on why a product is In compliant (Unlicensed Installs, Installs Requiring Actions) and thus helps.

Hi @dreinhardt ,

Thanks for the response. I agree with you. In the case of "Adobe Integration (Direct Integration Adobe Portal): This interface only transfers information about products, subscriptions and last login from the portal. There is no information about installations or entitlements. " - how to check the payload coming in to the servicenow? Is there any way to check it out ?

Thanks

Hi @snow57,

based on the HTTP outbound logs I've seen the following endpoint for Adobe is used.

https://usermanagement.adobe.io/v2/usermanagement

User Management Action Requests
