Hi Team,

Is there any way to check the publisher pack payload and the publisher pack payload is configured using the integration profile. Please guide me on to acheive this .? Because the user allocations data, software installations data and software discovered models data are not showing the similar count . As a result, the publisher is non-compliant .  Please guide me on how to acheive this.

Thanks,

Hi.

Thanks for the response . I have 50 licenses from adobe publisher and 50 allocated to users . To somehow 3 licenses are installed in the server . And this 3 is showing in the count of installs need . Due to this the model of this publisher is showing as non compliant . How to overcome this situation ?

thanks

Hi @snow57,

would be helpful to share a few more details about this case (screenshots?)

Hi @dreinhardt ,

Please find teh screenshot for reference. And to reach the compliance i unchecked the "license under usage" checkbox in software model which is causing this . Is it a best practice in sampro ?

Hi @snow57,

thanks for the screenshot, but the numbers does not match with the mentioned ones above? if 3 installs requiring actions, you should try to solve them to be compliant. I was unable to find the mentioend check box, could it be "License under management"?

Please check the definition of this box, unchecking will exclude the product from the recon-process

The option indicating that you want to manage licenses for the specified software. If you clear this option, your software model won't be included in your reconciliation results.

Hi @dreinhardt ,

Thanks for the response. I think if we want to use this , we have to use the postman or external rest tool to see the payload coming in to the ServiceNow. Is there anyway to see the payload coming from adobe publisher pack in to the ServiceNow?

Thanks
