Im pulling in Ipad through the Jamf service graph connector but the name is mapped to come in as the Mac address and the type of device. How can i change it? Any guidance would be amazing.
Thank you

Hi,
It will be part of the 'Robust Import set transformer' The more details of the definition would be in 'cmdb_inst_application_feed' table.
Regards,
Vivek

Take a look at this community post related to Service Graph for Aitwatch/Workspace One. Be careful when adjusting the CI Name. If you don't have a unique name you'll end up with multiple CIs/Assets folding into one. We ended up making the name a combo of serial number and the device friendly name from Airwatch. I haven't found any customer that wants to see a mac address as part of the name of the CI. Moral of the story is even though you are using the IRE, there is some underlying issue in the APIs that require a unique CI name. I suspect it has to do that software installs, the device are all coming in the same import, unlike the SG-SCCM integration where first it goes and gets the devices, then when that is done it goes and get's the software installs.
