License workbench does not show entitlement for Saas Publishers

Few of my SaaS Publishers are not showing entitlements in license workbench even when entitlements are present. this happens only for few publishers . My Servicenow is on Yokohama

Hi Nidhi,

 

This can happen when:

 

1: The SaaS License entitlements are not correctly linked to the Publisher field or the model in the entitlement record.
2: The License Metric for that SaaS product is missing.
3: The Reconciliation did not run successfully for those entitlements.

 

Suggested checks:

 

  • Open the Entitlement record and check:
    • Is the Publisher field filled in and matches the SaaS Publisher you’re looking for?
    • Is it linked to correct Software Model?
    • Is the License Metric field populated correctly?
    • Have you published the entitlement or it is still in built stage?
  • Is the Reconciliation successful for that publisher?
  • Re-run the Reconciliation job and check again.
  • Try filtering the License Workbench by Publisher and see if they appear under a different name.

If possible, could you share a screenshot of:

 

  • The Entitlement record for one of these SaaS products.
  • The License Workbench view for the same Publisher.

This will help us understand what’s missing and guide you better.
