M365 integration profile throwing oAuth provider empty

I have created a M365 saas integration profile , It was running fine one month back , but now when I am trying to check the connection its throwing error like this , what does this error means ? is the client secret value got expired ?

Check your credential record to see if the 'OAuth Entry Profile' is mapped.

We are having the same issue, and it only occurred after we updated to Yokohama.
