M365 Suite Reconciliation in SamPro

We are currently configuring our SamPro in Tokyo for our Microsoft entitlements. We have entered our subscription information with PPN which translates to M365 E3 for GCC. We have configured our integration with the Microsoft portal to pull our subscriptions. We also have discovery running to pickup our Microsoft installs.
In the SAM workspace, the M365 product is showing our subscription related to "Government G3" our discovered installations related to "Apps for Enterprise" and our entitlement related to "E3 for GCC". Window 10/11 Enterprise are supposed to be part of M365 but are located separately in the workspace.
Is Servicenow supposed to have the logic to reconcile the subscription, entitlement and installs for M365 or do we need to do this manually? What should be our next step?
