For software requests we need to process approvals before the Source Request task is generated, but this task is generated as soon as the RITM is created. Any suggestions for how to manage this?
If you are on Yokohama or before, you'll want to check in workflow editor for "Procurement Process Flow" in your instance. If you are on Zurich or later, it switched to Flow Designer.
