We have entitlement for Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro (PPN V9B-00001) which has a Per Device license metric. There is usage coming in for those subscription from the MS Portal via the SN Microsoft Integration but this isnt being reconciled to the entitlement. The susbcription identifier is correct and the User Principal Name is populated from the Integration. The subscriptions are associated with the correct SW Model that includes the entitlement but are being flagged as not-compliant. I suspect it is because of the Per Device metric but how do you get round that? The Integration is working as it should and the entitlement was set up using the correct PPN. How do we reconcile correctly? thanks.

Use the "User Subscription" license metric.

I was having same problem and I changed License Metric from "Per Device" to "User Subscription" License Metric, It now show "Unlicensed Installs" and showing non compliant.
When I was have "Per Device" metrics, It was showing "Unlicensed Subscriptions" and result was non Compliant, I am stuck in a loop over here. How can I resolve this?

Hi Mike, yes you are right - that did work even though the PPN product is correctly set up in the content library as per device.
