Mid server is down post Zurich update

We have upgraded to Zurich , post update our mid server is down and and its throwing an error

can anyone explain what this error means ?

Hi @kiran kumar m1 ,

 

We got same issue in one of our earlier  patch/upgrade.

 

  • Open the Mid server record
  •  Navigate to the MID Server Issues table (Related List) within your ServiceNow instance to identify the specific errors.
  • Try invalidating and then re-validating the MID server record to refresh its connection.

It will work fine.
