Move from SG SCCM to SG Intune

If anyone recently moved from SG SCCM to SG Intune, what are the things we need to take care before we completely phase out SG SCCM to ensure no to minimal impact on data or what are the different areas to check what could impact and what not before completely moving to SG Intune
