MS 365 Integration in SAM

Hi Team, 

I have created the direct integration profile for MS 365. And I got the OAuth token as well in REST message.

 

And I ran the "SAM - Import User Subscriptions" job, Job status changing to complete within a second and I couldn't see any automatically generated software models for Microsoft 365. I have followed all the steps which was mentioned in the docs site. Integrating with Microsoft 365 

 

So can any one please suggest me a way to fix this issue? And what is the reason that the job completing within a second?

The fact the job completes in a second suggests that the issue is on the Azure side. Note that the Azure side of the integration needs to be set up by someone with Global Admin access. Please can you verify that this was the case.

I have verified, Azure integration is configured by who has the Global Admin Access.

 

Still "SAM - Import User Subscriptions" job status changes to complete within a second and I don't see any errors. Is there any certification have to attach in Azure side? Or please share your inputs here.
