I'm currently in the process of developing a non-standard software request using the automated workflow. The problem I have is there is a team which is crucial in the approval process that does not want to be a resolver group in ServiceNow.
I need some alternative solutions to this team being able to receive and complete tasks as part of this process and approve them, but not be visible to anyone else as a resolver group.
