Hi @hema sundar ,

  1. Navigate to All > Client Software Distribution > Reports > Requested Software.
  2. Open the record for the SCCM software package you want to revoke.
The package must have a Status of Installed to be revocable.
  3. Under Related Links, click Revoke software.

This action runs the Revoke Client Software flow, which triggers the Revoke SCCM Application subflow that moves the user or device from the install collection to the uninstall collection. When SCCM performs an internal policy check and finds the user or device in the uninstall collection, SCCM removes the related software package from the client computer.

Hi @hema sundar , @dd31

please check the following details about CSD2.0 and revocation. You’ve to setup CSD 2.0 and integration to your deployment tool, including all available packages, minimum for software deinstallation process and link it to a valid software model. The

Model is also part of the reclation data object and based on this, SAM Pro can reclaim software with CSD.

Software revocation:

CSD 2.0 can revoke software requested using the CSD 2.0 catalog. CSD 2.0 can also uninstall software using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager or Microsoft Intune (Jamfis not supported currently) when revocation is triggered from the reclamation candidates.

Best, Dennis
