My PDI is waking up, so I can't say for sure, but I think the profile is data. So you can export and import it, but not automatically through update sets.

Hello @kiran kumar m1
Did you cross check the profile you created was captured in updateset?
If yes, while committing updateset did you got any error or did you skip any remote change?
If no, then just get the XML and move to test instance. OR You can do force capture to new UpdateSet by using Add to UpdateSet related link on record.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards
Viraj Hudlikar.

Hi @kiran kumar m1,
After several attempts, we have decided that the profiles in all instances must be created as a manual task, as objects were repeatedly missing in the update set (Rest Messages, Credential Settings, ...). In my opinion, the effort should be limited and saves unnecessary troubleshooting. In the event of problems, ServiceNow Support will also insist that the integration is created manually for each instance.
Best, Dennis
