No License usage appearing in license usage tab

Hello Everyone,

i am not able to see any license usage in software asset workspace under license usage tab. Earlier, all license publishers usage was available but after some time it disappeared from the tab and now it shows 0 all publishers. Attached the screen shot for reference. Please help me to resolve issue. 

I am using PDI not production instance.
