No Publishers are showing up after reconciliation

Hi
i am trying to place a purchase order in SAM Stimulator as it is not showing any publishers in License usage tab
Tried multiple ways but it is not showing the publishers as the further step is dependent on the current task please help me out on this.

Hi @saitejay,

please check the following:

1. Is you entitlement "published" and the status is "In Use"

2. Is the software model available (can be opened) and the product type must be "Licensable" and "License under management" set to "True"

3. Please run a reconciliation to see any results in the License usage - Publisher overview
