No Teams information in cmdb_sam_sw_install?

We want to run reports for our teams usage as well as rolled out versions, strangely i dont see any teams installs in cmdb_sam_sw_install. I have about 500.000 other entries from publisher Microsoft in there, like Access, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Winword, .NET Installs, Visual Studio, SQL Server etc... but now Teams.

I run ACC with "endpoint_discovery.rb --compact --select=data_collection,installed_software_with_sam_metering" to gather that Data, Teams is not in the Check Output.

Can someone with SAM Pro and ITOM Visibility have a look if they have any Teams entries in that table?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Do you see them as MSTeams?

Hi @Tone1 , is the ACC able to report data for other AppxPackage? If this package is not part of the standard sources (like AddRemove, etc.) not sure of the agent is able to get these kind of special pathes. You can take a look into the ruby file to verify.

Best, Dennis
