Not able to see choice for agent

Hi All,

I have created one data broker for fetch the choices and show to select the choices when i am testing from admin it is showing and working. but when i am testing with agent then choices are not showing.

ACl also created data broker sys id given in name and role is itil and snc_internal given. then also not showing.

Hi @Supriya Mane 

Since it works for admin but not for agents, this looks like an access issue. Please check below setting. 

• Data Broker ACL is active and the agent has the required role.
• The agent has access to the underlying table/data source (table and field ACLs).
• Test by impersonating the agent and check System Logs > Security > Debug Security Rules for any ACL failures.
