What could cause the Full Version and Version fields to remain empty even when the Discovered Version is available?

As shown in the screenshot, the entries are present—but what’s causing the inconsistency?

A discovery model is normalized based on three attributes “Discovered Publisher”, “Discovered Product” and “Discovered Version”
A normalization mapping is created based on the concatenation of value/string of “Discovered Publisher”, “Discovered Product” and “Discovered Version”, if there is any change in the discovered string, it will require a new normalization map
Is it possible to share a screenshot that shows “Discovered Publisher” too
Also, if possible, please refer to the knowledge base article below and submit a Content Request
