Out of box SAM workflows for request fulfillment?

Does SAM Pro have a 'standard' request workflow like HAM's Standard Hardware Asset Request?

 

The only flows I see are two software ssset reclamation ones.

Hi @Paul Ciarfella,

SAM Pro does not have such a flow, but you can use CSD 2.0 to get additional flows to handle software requests and life cycle management - Client Software Distribution 2.0 application (App is part of a Integration Hub Bundle, Subscription needed)

Hi Paul,

 

You need to publish the software models to the software catalog and then the OOTB workflow takes place. A request comes in, an approval is required, and then you have the ability to source the request for allocation of a license or procurement. This is standard for SAM Foundation or Pro.
