Hi Team,
I need a help that,I created a POP email account for receiving emails to my instance and create INC record.The issue is that the all mails are not coming.Some mails are coming some mails are skipping when i see in the email logs.I have created Correct POP . Previously it working fine.But now it showing this sort of problems .Please help.
Im sharing POP account i created .
Note :Password is from email App Passwords

open the email and check the email log
90% of the time you will find the answer through these logs

what you have configured and what's not working and what is the expected behaviors etc

This is email integration i had done My email account(mysnowinstance7@gmail.com).The connection is OK. when i send email to mysnowinstance7@gmail.com those mails should trigger to servicenow Right!. In starting it triggering was good.When i send mail to mysnowinstance7@gmail.com in starting it was successfully triggered in servicenow When I check in Email Log.
Here it showing successfully in starting .But when i send again to mysnowinstance7@gmail.com in after some time some mails are not triggering.
Example: when i send 6-7 mails only 2 mails are triggering in sevicenow remaining 5 mails are not triggering what is the issue .But connection is also fine when i check the connection.
