Query on IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT) integration with ServiceNow

Hi All,
Currently the IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT) integration is done with the ServiceNow, but it is not up and running, 
I got PEM certificate from IBM team, how can I upload the certificate into ServiceNow without effecting existing configurations
Do we require Mid Server for ILMT integration, how can we upload the PEM certificate into Mid server
After the configuration if I restart the mid server anything will be effect

Hi @Shantharao ,

please check the official SN docs for setup ILMT with SAM Pro, setup with and without MID is explained there. If the ILMT is internal network, a MID server to connect to the system is required.
