Query on IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT) integration with ServiceNow

Hi All,
Currently the IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT) integration is done with the ServiceNow, but it is not up and running, 
I got PEM certificate from IBM team, how can I upload the certificate into ServiceNow without effecting existing configurations
Do we require Mid Server for ILMT integration, how can we upload the PEM certificate into Mid server
After the configuration if I restart the mid server anything will be effect

Hi @Shantharao ,

I've just been through this process myself. The best solution is to use a MID server and load the ILMT-generated certificates (i think there are two) into the appropriate folder on the MID server. Are you connecting to more than one ILMT server?
