Hi @spandana kalla ,
By looking at the screenshots Requested for is populated but its updated with invalid sys_id or record that doesn't exist in the system.
You can see icon beside theRequested for field , it indicates it has a value, click on that and open to see whats the value
and also would like to know how r u seeting the Requested for field???
Hope this helps.
Thank you,

Hi @Hemanth M1,
It's showing as "no preview available" but the user is there in users(sys_user) table. Can I know why it's showing as no preview available and blank in the "requested for" field in both RITM and Catalog Task.
Thanks,
Spandana.

Hi,
Check the XML of the RITM record to see what value is actually in the field.

Niklas

Hi @spandana kalla ,
As Niklas suggested, check the XML, if you find a value/sys_id for requested for check that in the sys_user table, if not verify how "Requested for" being set during creation
Thank you,
