"Requested for" value is not getting populated in both RITM and Catalog Task

Hi Community,

 

"Requested for" value is not getting populated in RITM and Catalog Task. Can anyone please help me with this. Please refer the snips for reference.

There is no value with "requested for" in XML.

Are you checking on RITM record (i think this Requested for is from Req), pls check XML on REQ.

we checked it in REQ xml also ,we don't find anything related to "requested for".

It's populating for other software forms , but for this form it's not get populated. It's not the issue during the creation of set "requested for".

The value is showing in XML, but it's not populating in RITM and Task. It's showing as "No Preview Available". Can anyone please say where the issue is.
