"Requested for" value is not getting populated in both RITM and Catalog Task

Hi Community,

 

"Requested for" value is not getting populated in RITM and Catalog Task. Can anyone please help me with this. Please refer the snips for reference.

Can you check that value/sys_id exist in sys_user table???

I checked the sys_id it's there is sys_user table.

it shows i icon it means value is there.

Did you check that record by clicking the i icon? does that user have name populated in name field?
