Hello community. I am unable to see reclamation candidates after creating reclamation rules based on 2 products (Acrobat and Visio). Currently, I can see software usage data brought in from SCCM. When i run a filter on the data (under software asset>discovery>software usage) for software not used more than a month ago, I do see a list of devices. However, when i go to reclamation candidates, they are not displayed. I've attached reclamation rules, software usage list and reclamation candidates view. I could use some help troubleshooting why this is not displaying. Thank you!

And do you know if the notification to the user is a link to the reclamation candidate record or something different I will need to setup. As i look right now, out of the box only seems to show that justification = blacklisted or unlicensed sends a notification email.

Hi Ward, I am having hard time pulling the removal candidates, I just want to ask, did you managed to pull adobe acrobat using manually created reclamation rule ? I was thinking that adobe acrobat is tag as a subscription software and my assumption is that when we create reclamation rule it only applies to installed software.
