Hi Everyone, I need help in achieving 100% compliance for Red hat products mainly Red hat Linux enterprise in service now SamPro, I am facing difficulties in getting correct license consumptions numbers against Red hat VDC and Red hat server license.
Even though in cmdb_sam_sw_install table, I manually mapped the software model of Red Hat VDC against the discovery model but its picking incorrect data.
Can someone please guide me what all steps i can follow to achieve the 100% compliance rate, your support will be really helpful.
