Renewal Calendar is not showing data for entitlements and contracts in SAM workspace

Hi Experts,

We have uploaded the entitlements in the system with all license type for SAM. We have the start date, end date and maintenance expiration date available in these entitlements records. When we are navigating to renewal calendar in SAM workspace we are not able to see any data in the calendar view however, the same data is visible in the list view. 

Has anyone faced similar type of issue? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I am experiencing the same results.  Contracts and entitlements are showing in the List view but NOT in the Calendar view.  Has this question been answered yet ?

Hi @Lekh95@MercBuilding@geop@Paula Stewart,

 

when creating a new contract in ServiceNow, the status is "Draft" and is needs to be approved to be an active contract.

 

The renewal calendar, this view shows upcoming and expired renewals with the following conditions:

  • Contracts with contract model types such as Subscription, Software License, and Maintenance.
  • Contract status Active or Expired (contract approval workflow)
  • Contract is link to min. one entitlement asset (Related list > Assets Covered)
