Hello,
We have direct integration profiles setup for Adobe and Microsoft 365. We want to leverage every feature of SAM Pro for cost saving opportunities and the SaaS feature usage is quite appealing in this regard. The problem we are facing is that this area displays no records.
Would this indicate an issue with the integrations or is there additional setup required to utilize this function? I've also reviewed the SaaS Overview dashboard and noticed that both the unused and stale subscriptions data is empty.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Dennis,
Thank you for the detailed response. Due to my current SN access, I can't verify that the plugins are up to date. This has been brought up to our admins and we plan on reviewing the plugins this week.
Regarding the Power BI API connection, this is not currently setup that I'm aware. The same goes for the Microsoft Graph API. I will be be reviewing these with our M365 admin when they return to office. As a side note, we do not have SCCM.
I did notice that we have some software usage data on the samp_sw_usage table, but it's only 7 products (see attached pic). I'm curious to know why only these particular products have usage data but not the rest of the M365 catalog?
Kind Regards,
Clay Barton

Hi @ClayB,
Looks like your Graph API/Power BI interface is already setup and working (See row no. 1.). For all the other products a inventory source is required to get the usage data for each client. Integrating with Microsoft 365 (servicenow.com)
Best, Dennis
