Salesforce End of Life and End of Support lifecyle

Hi Everyone,

 

I have noticed that Service now is not showing End of Life and End of support for Salesforce CRM products such as Service cloud, Sales cloud, Customer Lifecycle analytics, Salesforce shield etc.

 

EOL/EOS is only coming for products like Slack and Tableau.

 

Is there any specific reason above mentioned products lifecycle will not come in service now ? and what could be the workaround to get the EOL and EOS data for Salesforce CRM products such as Service cloud, Sales cloud, Customer Lifecycle analytics, Salesforce shield etc.

Hi @AnishM,

not aware of any reason, but you can raise a case and ask the content teams about this.

 

how to solve it:

- to unblock processes etc. I would recommend to create custom lifecycle data and report it afterwards to the ITAM content teams team.

 

Custom life cycles can be created from either of the two locations on selecting New:

  • Software Product Lifecycles [sam_sw_product_lifecycle] table.
  • Custom Software Product Lifecycle [sam_custom_sw_product_lifecycle] table.
