SAM Configure Quarter definition for Renewal Calendar

I have the requirement to configure the custom quarter as per the below

October - December = Q1

January - March = Q2

April - June = Q3

July - September = Q4

and how to add in Renewal Calendar Under the Software Asset workspace

please provide me with a step-by-step process
