Hello,

I want to understand how the consumption works for Adobe single app pro products:

Example: We have purchased 100 Adobe single app pro licenses and we are using products like the below list.

Dreamweaver

Illustrator

InCopy

InDesign

Photoshop

XD

Hi @Shekhar Navhak1 ,

You would need to integrate ServiceNow with Adobe cloud portal. Please follow below guide from support to achieve the same:

Once this is done, you can execute the  Scheduled Job "SAM - Import User Subscriptions" which is responsible for pulling the data from Adobe Subscriptions and will give you clear picture like which user is using which Adobe product and their last activity as well to determine if you want to reclaim those subscriptions or not.
