Hi,
We have a number of entitlements for the Adobe Single Apps pro. The integration is set up and the subscription information is retrieved correctly in ServiceNow. However when looking at the compliancy status of the software model, the following is shown:
- The software model for adobe single apps pro is compliant
-  The individual software models, such as Photoshop, Indesign are shown as not compliant
What would be the correct way to correct this so that the individual applications are also compliant? Currently we have only setup the entitlements for the single apps pro and non on the individual applications.
Thank you
