Hello,

Getting error "Unsupported OAuth grant type 'undefined'." while integrating with DocuSign SAM Direct Integration.

Client ID and secret are correct. I have given all the permission in the DocuSign application and added a redirect URL as well still getting this error "Unsupported OAuth grant type 'undefined'."

Thank You!

Hello @akash_avasare ,

The error "Unsupported OAuth grant type 'undefined'" typically indicates that there is an issue with the OAuth configuration for your DocuSign integration. Specifically, it suggests that the grant type being used for the OAuth request is not recognized or supported.

To resolve this issue, you may need to review and adjust your OAuth settings in DocuSign. Here are some steps you can try:

1. Verify that the correct OAuth grant type is being used in your integration. Common grant types include authorization code, implicit, client credentials, and password.
2. Check if there are any restrictions or requirements on the use of specific grant types for DocuSign integrations.
3. Ensure that your redirect URL is properly configured and matches the value set in your DocuSign application settings.
4. Try regenerating a new client ID and secret and updating them in ServiceNow.
5. Check if there are any issues with the DocuSign API or service that could be affecting the integration.

Thanks

Apologies for reviving an old thread, would like to understand what aort of usage metrics are getting supported from this integration?  Just the users or document/envelopes as well ?
