scheduled job not running after integrating with m365

Hi all ,
In sam pro i was created direct integration profile with microsoft m365. there were 3 scheduled jobs activated after enabling this integration. but 1 scheduled job was failing. The scheduled job name was " SAM- import M365 user subscriptions".
so if any sam experts faced this issue then kindly suggest what was the issue and how to fix this.
similarly after enabling adobe integration profile 2 scheduled job activated. but even in that 1 scheduled job is fialing. the scheduled job name was " SAM- Optimize adobe subscriptions" . so please help me in this as well to know why it is failing and to fix this

Refer below knowledge articles to check if integration is setup correctly and credentials are correct. Review samp_job_log for more information on the integration error and resolve it

@suresh kaliappa If your instance is on Yokohama release and if you're facing job failure issues for M365 and Adobe, then most likely you've encountered this issue:
