SAM Enterprise Plugin

Hi All,

Can anyone please help with plugin ID for "Software Asset Management Enterprise".

It would be a great help, unable to get it on ServiceNow documents portal

Not sure about "Enterprise" but you have The ServiceNow® Software Asset Management Professional (com.snc.samp) plugin requires a separate subscription. This plugin includes demo data. Depending on your environment, you may choose to request one or more related plugins.

From my recent research, I got to know about this. We need to enable below 3 plugins and these collectively referred to as "SAM Enterprise":

- SAM Professional

- Cloud Insights

- Machine learning normalization

[Community Alums]

Cloud Insights and Machine learning normalization are new features and new advanced capabilities and these are not mandatory , it's as per your requirements.

 Software Asset Management Professional (com.snc.samp) plugin is the plugin which you would need for SAM.

Yes that's correct.

When these 2 plugins are enabled along with SAP Pro then these 3 plugins are collectively known as SAM Enterprise.
