SAM - Excel template for bulk import

Hello all,

We are setting up SAM processes in our organization, and we are currently doing an inventory of our software and entitlements. We are planning to use ServiceNow in the future as a SAM tool. Can someone please provide me the Excel template for the bulk import? We don't have access to the tool yet.

The idea is to collect data according to this template to avoid repeating the same work twice and add our custom fields at the end of that same document.
