SAM - Import Adobe User Subscriptions Failing

Hi All,

I am trying to execute the SAM - Import Adobe User Subscriptions job but getting an error saying:

 

SampAdobeAdminUnhandled exception for profile : XXXXXXXXXXX : Error: <html> <head><title>404 Not Found</title></head> <body> <center><h1>404 Not Found</h1></center> <hr><center>openresty</center> </body> </html>

 

Anyone has any idea why am i getting this error?

Mine shows this error ,but I have the necessary plugin"

Please activate the Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management from the store for Adobe integration to work"

Hi @InvaC ,

 

Update the SaaS plugin to the latest version 15.0.17 

and check whether your connection record contains the org id
