In one of our client, they have a platform called "Violation Platform" and under it they have many applications like vcenter...etc. How to link these application licenses under Violation Platform in ServiceNow?
Can you talk a little more on " Violation Platform", what it does? what customized it is? what modules you have on instance? why you are using "Violation Platform" module?
I asked my client, they told me that they will consider it as a cost center. Hence I can link each Software Entitlements to the cost center and manage it.
