Hi Experts,
I would like to understand how does OOTB reclamation workflow in SAM works. When I set the reclamation rule, its generating removal candidates, But the problem is when I close complete the task (Removal candidate) and reclaimed asset allocation is not going back to pool.
Please help.

This is OOB behaviour.
There is a Workflow 'Reclamation Workflow' which triggers when selecting 'Reclaim', this removes install records and so on, but does not remove allocations. This is an additional activity that should be performed by the Software Manager.

Thank for your response.
Just wanted to understand, is there any other solution to populate Software Usage data other than enabling SCCM metering and setting the reclamation rules to track low usage data. How does this reclamation process work.
