SAM Unlicensed Installation Issue

Supposed we purchased any software rights 11 where we can install software on unlimited machines but only 11 users can login at a time then how we can manage compliant in ServiceNow. because due to this all machines are coming unlicensed installation.

HI @Rishavsolanki1 ,

   What metric did you give on the entitlement? It should be 'Per User' and on the metric attributes you need to give unlimited installations.
