Same model but different PPN's

I got a list of Adobe subscription products from out ITAM team.

 

One of them - CC Illustrator for teams, was mentioned 4 times with different PPN numbers. They all have different count of bar codes (Models)

 

65304053BC04A12 vs 65304053BC04B12 vs 65304053BC04C12

 

When I searched these 3 PPN's on ServiceNow SAM Pro Content Lookup, I don't see any tangible difference.

 

I am unsure if during reconcilication, these 3 should be treated as 3 different models or the same.

 

Would someone please explain?

Hi @iamkurt,

each Publisher Part Number is linked to a Discovery Map (DMAP). Each DMAP contains the definition for a unique software model based on the attributes - Publisher, Product, Edition, Version.

Your mentioned PPNs are linked all to the same DMAP and will linked to only one software model.
