Scheduled job failure - SAM - Create lifecycles and suites for a software model

This scheduled job started failing about 6 weeks ago.  Have submitted an INC to the platform team.  In the meantime, is there any way for a non platform admin to troubleshoot or diagnose the issues?

The scheduled job "SAM—Create lifecycles and suites for a software model" is failing with the below error thrown in SAMPPreBuiltSuitesAPI.lookupSuiteComponents function call

*** ERROR *** org.mozilla.javascript.RhinoStackOverflowException: Maximum JavaScript call depth of 1000 exceeded
org.mozilla.javascript.JavaScriptException: org.mozilla.javascript.RhinoStackOverflowException: Maximum JavaScript call depth of 1000 exceeded
    at org.mozilla.javascript.Context.makeJavaScriptException(Context.java:2248)
    at org.mozilla.javascript.Context.throwAsScriptRuntimeEx(Context.java:2230)
    at org.mozilla.javascript.Context.incrementCallStackDepth(Context.java:3235)
    at org.mozilla.javascript.ScriptRuntime.doCall2(ScriptRuntime.java:2994)
    at org.mozilla.javascript.ScriptRuntime.doCall(ScriptRuntime.java:2981)
    at org.mozilla.javascript.Interpreter.interpretLoop(Interpreter.java:1720)

Steps to Reproduce

 

1. Hop onto the instance.
2. Check the execution of the scheduled job "SAM - Create lifecycles and suites for a software model"

Workaround

Please apply the update set attached to the PRB.

Note: The update set is specifically for the Washington release

Hi @dreinhardt,

We are having the same issue. However, i saw you comment and try to find the problem ticket where i can get the update set. But i am not able to find the mentioned problem ticket. can you please help me.
