We just rolled out discovery globally. We have two countries where none of their servers show up on the Windows/SQL report within the workspace. We do see the software installs on them and they look OK. They are running fairly recent version of Windows SErver 2016 and 2019. Other servers with those versions are showing up. Has anyone else had this problem.

@annmarsh Verify the normalization status of SQL server installation records and check if it's properly mapping to Software models

Hi @annmarsh ,
the report is created as part of the reconciliation (pre-Zurich) or by a specific job "SAM - Generate Windows SQL Infra Report" (since Zurich), so it might be that the discovered servers where not included from a "timing" perspective.
By default, the report shows all servers (physical or virtualized incl. virtualization layer) where the normalized product "SQL Server" or "Windows Server" are discovered.
Best, Christian
