Service Graph Connector - Jamf - Not normalizing Apple Software

My main ask is simple... Is the Jamf Service Graph Connector normalizing the majority of the software installed on your Macs? For us, it normalizes some but not the ones I would think are the most basic. For example, very few of the native MacOS apps are normalized or even the Adobe applications. I have attached examples of the MacOS calendar application. So yeah, anyone else experiencing this? I am obviously also open to any suggestions on how to fix it. I opened a support ticket months ago and didn't get to far with them.

I am experiencing the same issue.
