Hello Experts,
I have following questions on Adobe creative cloud integration:
1. Is there a way to create/remove Adobe user subscription assignments using ServiceNow interface without having to go in Adobe admin console?
2. It seems the reclamation rules are created by default for Adobe cloud integration but one of our clients wanted to set up a custom reclamation rule to flag out inactive users in Active Directory having Adobe subscription, is this possible via some customization?
Thank you,
Parul Chaudhary

I also would love to know the answer so we can automate this process. Thank you!

Hi @Parul Chaudhary, @leahcoughlin,
at the moment the OOTB Adobe integration does not support the removal of subscriptions as part of the reclamation process (you should raise a IDEA portal posting to share our demand with the product team).
I've seen the following approach implemented by several customers. Next to the Adobe portal subscription management, the following second options is provided by Adobe - "Microsoft Azure Sync" (Add Azure Sync to any Adobe Admin Console directory to automate user management). This option shifts the managend of subscriptions into your Azure AD. Based on the AD groups you could easily establish processes to add/remove subscriptions based on several triggers (e.g., reclamation)
1. Is there a way to create/remove Adobe user subscription assignments using ServiceNow interface without having to go in Adobe admin console?
Try Adobe "Microsoft Azure Sync"
2. It seems the reclamation rules are created by default for Adobe cloud integration but one of our clients wanted to set up a custom reclamation rule to flag out inactive users in Active Directory having Adobe subscription, is this possible via some customization?
Based on the Azure AD integration is should be possible to identify inactive users assigned to an Adobe AD groups.
Best, Dennis
