Does anyone know what happened to the Skills Profile for ITAM that was on now create? It laid out the training needed for an IT Asset Manager, and the daily, weekly, monthly, annual tasks they would need to complete a good ITAM program?
They had them for Discovery and CMDB as well. I just cannot find them anymore.
