sn_acc_vis_content_sam_software_usage_staging table has no data despite ECC payloads coming

Despite Agents being live and connected as well as checks running . The data is not getting persisted in the staging table . Property to stage data for disabling reclamation rule is set to True as well. For some reason the data is not coming to this table.

We are facing the same issue. Does anyone know what could be wrong in here? There is no official documentation on this as well.

Answering this question: As stated by servicenow support, 'sn_acc_visibility_sam_software_usage_staging' table is migrated to the 'sn_acc_vis_content_sam_software_usage_staging' table.

 

So once the reclamation rule is run for the products defined, the data will be generated in sn_acc_vis_content_sam_software_usage_staging table.
